Black dress (not too low cut) that covers your shoulders with 3/4 length sleeves or longer

and extends down to the floor,

OR

Black dress top (not too low cut) that covers your shoulders with 3/4 length sleeves or longer and black skirt (down to the floor), or black dress pants

and

Black socks or tights with black shoes.

Men

Black Tie Attire

Black tuxedo jacket*

White long-sleeve, button down tuxedo shirt,

Black tuxedo pants,

Black bow tie and black cummerbund,

and

Black socks and black shoes.
