HRC Fall 2023 Registration Process
To help speed up the registration process,
This year YOU'LL BE ABLE to PAY for REGISTRATION BEFORE THE FIRST REHEARSAL!!!
You can skip the registration line, pick up your music (if you need it and have paid for it) then just head upstairs, sign the attendance sheet, and take a seat!
This will help us avoid congestion at the building entrance, long registration lines, starting rehearsal late, etc. It will also help us to update our mailing lists and current singer roster. Please follow the steps below…
If you are new, PLEASE, arrive as early as possible so we can gather all the info and get you squared away...
- The dues for community members are $75 for the semester.
- For Harvard Graduate Students, Fellows, Post Docs, etc., the dues are $35 for the semester.
- As always, Harvard and other college's undergrads sing for free, but students DO have to pay for their scores.
- Scores are $35 for the 3 pieces we will be singing: Mass in Blue - $20.00, Credo - $15.00, and Elegiac Song - $8.50 (individual costs).
We will have the QR code there too, but pre-payment is so much easier...

the amount for scores and the payee's name...

We will be handing out envelopes so you can put your name, the amount and its purpose on the outside

IMPORTANT!If you are going to pay for registration at the second rehearsal,
please, you must still let us know that you will pay next week and sign the attendance sheet (upstairs on the benches) -
this allows us to get a preliminary count for setting up chairs and additional scores if needed.
